Like many of us I have wondered how the Banks, world-wide, have become so greedy.
After plenty of either intentional, or non intentional, ‘mentation’ on the subject I remembered that back in the late 80′s it became illegal to have more than a £1000 or $1000 in cash, otherwise you were a drug dealer.
