London in riot will not fade gently, after three nights.
It has just begun and the flames will be fanned, by reactionary comments, from supposed ‘experts’.
Some almost Nazi suggestions, as to the solution, are far more shocking, than the behaviour of the ‘rioters/protestors/hooligans’.
Those who have taken to the streets are those whose lives have no future.
The real unemployment rate amongst ‘poor’ offspring of council tenants in, London must be massive.
I imagine, over 50% of those between the ages of 15 – 35.
This group were recently condemned by the Government to live with their parents till they are thirty-five.
Why?
To pay for bailing out middle class bankers and to give them millions in bonuses, while they and their parents, are labelled benefit scroungers.
Some of those safe, but not from the Stock Market, property owner’s shock at these riots, I find incomprehensible.
They must be completely alienated, from the reality of poor people’s lives.
These ‘youth’ travel in gangs, all over London and they each have their own area, patrolled by Blackberry Ping.
In fact, their understanding of this mobile facility far outweighs police or university experts.
The murder in Tottenham of Mark Duggan caused a united anger in these groups.
It was arranged to stop years of turf war and unite.
Enfield was the chosen borough and so for the first time, youths from gangs never able to go to Enfield did and mayhem ensued.
Last night showed, as history has for millenniums, that if you devalue life for a generation they will endanger their lives, rather than live oppressed.
Government and Media can and will pontificate on how these people should be punished, be brought to order, but what can they really do?
They will be more concerned with the tumbling values of their stocks and shares, than others poverty.
They will probably try and justify, as dying cultures tend too, further oppression.
Dark days ahead.
